WORRIED ABOUT THE OIL SPILL? The oil leak has been capped and there is no more oil leaking into the Gulf of Mexico!! Our beaches are clean and we have never had oil wash up on our shores, never experienced any smells at all. Thankfully the oil has stayed away from our area, and our beach remains clean and beautiful!
Even though our beaches are still clean and the conditions are prefect for swimming, we understand that customers worry about what will happen next in the Gulf. Therefore, we still have a relaxed cancellation policy to accommodate everyone and make their vacation worry - free.***
If you already have a reservation with us, cancellations with a FULL REFUND will be honored IF our beaches are affected by the spill - tar balls, smells, health advisories or oil on shore.
We have extended our NO PAYMENT policy for all reservations made for the month of July and August. If you make a new reservation for any dates in July or August, no payments are required until the day of your arrival. If you have already checked -in and the beach conditions change - tar balls, oil on shore, bad smell - where you will no longer want to stay, you can check-out early and we will refund you in full for any nights you did not spend in the condo.
