How do we get beach chairs?  Are they reserved? Beach chairs are available March 1st – October 31st. Each reservation receives one umbrella and two chairs per paid day. Chairs are a first come first serve basis.  Island Princess guests must see beach attendant for seat assignment. All other properties, please pick a set (umbrella and two chairs) and the attendant will come by and ask you what your unit number is. 

Can I get additional beach chairs? If you would like to rent an additional set, please see beach attendant to discuss pricing.

How do you get the complimentary activity passes and how do they work?  Call Xplorie at 850-424-7977 to schedule your activities.  Your Sand and Shore Pass will be sent to your email two days before your arrival date and one day after.  Each reservation is allowed one activity pass per day per activity. They do not roll over and cannot be accumulated.

Do we need to check in at the office or front desk? If your electronic contract has been signed, you do not need to check in at the office or front desk.

How do I gain access to the condo? All units are keyless entry, with the exception of South Beach.  You will receive a phone call with your door code once your unit is ready for check in.  We do not have texting capability.  

How do I check in after hours?  If you are checking in after hours (after 5:00 pm) and did not receive your door code via phone or email, please see after hours check in instructions on your confirmation letter.

Do you allow early check-in?  Check in time is between 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.   We cannot guarantee an early check in, as soon as the unit is available, WE WILL CALL YOU.  You are welcome to use the property pool and the beach chairs while you wait.

Do you allow pets?  No pets allowed.  Service animals allowed with proper documentation.

Are wrist bands required for pool access?  Waterscape is the only property that requires wrist bands.  They will be left in your welcome packet in the unit. If you arrive early and would like to use the property pool, please call our office and we will direct you to one of our offices to pick up the wrist bands.

Can I make an online payment?   No, if you would like to make additional payments, please call our office during business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, 7 days per week).

Are perishable supplies like salt & pepper and other kitchen condiments provided?  No perishable supplies are provided.  

Do I need to bring my own toilet paper and paper towels?  We do provide a starter set of the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, face and hand soap.  If you need more of the above products you will have to purchase them.  

Who do I call for maintenance issues?  Call our office at 888-244-4137.  If you have a true EMERGENCY after office hours, please call 850-585-9387 and leave a message and someone will contact you as soon as possible.

Why is the refrigerator not cooling?  Please allow 12 hours for the refrigerator to cool newly stocked items. Please DO NOT adjust the temperature setting of the refrigerator.  If necessary, purchase bags of ice to cool the items.

Does the condo have hair dryers?  Hair dryers are not furnished in every unit.  If you require one, please bring it with you.

Is there a Keurig in the condo?  Some owners choose to add a Keurig to their condo, but it is not required.  All units are stocked with a standard coffee pot. Bring standard round coffee filters.

Is there a Crockpot in the condo?  Some owners choose to add a Crockpot to their condo, but it is not required.  

Can I set up a canopy on the beach?  Yes, but it cannot be left on the beach over night.

Does the movie machine require a credit card?  The movie machine requires a debit or credit card to rent movies.  Please call Xplorie at 850-424-7977 to receive your promo code for free movies.  Your card will only be charged if the movie is not returned.

What time is check out?  Check out is at 10:00 am.

What are we required to do at check-out?  Take out the trash, load any dirty dishes you have left in the dishwasher and turn it on and leave all towels in a pile on the floor.  Please DO NOT strip the beds, our housekeeping team will take care of that.
