Our family LOVED Summer Place 302! The location was perfect! Right on the beach, we loved waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony (which was very large), watching the sunset from there, coming up and having a quick lunch to take a break from the beach. It was perfect. The Pier did fireworks while we were down there, and we could watch from the condo or walk downstairs and see them even better. The condo also overlooked the pool too, but never felt like it was too loud or had any noise distractions at all. We could walk everywhere which was nice. We walked to dinner two nights, and could also walk to the souvenir shops. So you never felt like you had to get out and get in traffic. The condo was very large, plenty of space for our family of four. The couch was huge and amazing and all of us loved to lounge and hang out at night together. The kitchen was updated and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved our time there, and will definitely be booking again next year. We are already counting down!!!
