Would basically give this condo a 5 star rating but the pools could be better but that’s not really what you go to the beach for anyways . Brooks and shorey is an excellent company to rent from . My second year with them and I’m pretty sure I will use them every year . Unit 406 was a great condo with an awesome view and easy walking distance to stewbys and you could walk to the pier if you wanted too . It’s not that far a walk if you walk on the beach ., Watching the fireworks on the pier was a nice bonus too . Only thing I would recommend updating in the condo is the pull out bed in the couch . It isn’t the most comfortable at all. Also the bedroom is right beside the elevator so the noise in the morning wakes you up rather easily . Maybe a box fan or something to drown out the noise for guest that want to use it . Overall I would stay in this unit again for sure . The kids wanted tvs in the bunk beds but I haven’t seen any on the units I have looked at for gulf dunes . Free dolphin cruises and cattywampus is excellent too . Thanks Brooks and Shorey for all y’all do , y’all make vacationing super easy
