I can’t say enough good things about Summerlin and this condo. The second floor gave us easy acess to this unit by stairs or elevator and we had a reserved, covered parking space. It was the easiest access to the beach we’ve ever had. The extra large balcony makes you feel like you’re sitting right on the beach. The great kitchen and laundry room with full size washer and dryer was awesomesome. This definitely has become our go to place when vactioning at Fort Walton Beach.
