The room itself was great. The elevator did not work the day we arrived. We carried luggage and heavy coolers up the stairwell. Sometime that night it was fixed but by morning when I went to buy groceries for the week the elevator wasn’t working again. The ac quit cooling the 2nd night and it was 11pm by the time someone got it fixed. (thank goodness it was fixed that night) On our departure day the elevator was not working again!! We carried all luggage and heavy coolers down the stairwell. I feel bad for the condo owners because the broken elevator is a deal breaker for me. We will not stay there again.
