Surf Dweller is a great building. This unit is very spacious. The furniture is a bit dated and the carpet should be replaced. The kitchen is very well stocked, but there was only 1 skillet! The unit did have a lot of beach items for use including extra beach chairs-truly appreciated! With upgrades, this unit would be 5 stars.
