We had a spectacular stay and couldn’t have been happier with the amenities and the location of Surf Dweller 208. We’re already planning a return trip for next year.
However, the the thing I want to highlight is the outstanding customer service of Brooks and Shorey Resorts. The day we left and went on to the next leg of our vacation, my wife discovered that she didn’t have her medications. I thought it would be a long shot but I called the phone number for B&SR and got a hold of Beckie. I explained what had happened and asked if there was any chance they might be able to check the condo for my wife’s meds.
Within an hour I got a call back that they’d found her medication and I paid to have them to mailed to us. I can’t remember the last time we had such good customer service anywhere. We’re looking forward to our next visit and many more beyond that!
